Fixing: The team actively works on a resolution
Resolved: The incident has been fixed
Canceled: We determined the incident was a false alarm
Pending Mitigation: The incident awaits Root Cause Analysis (RCA) completion
Closed: The final state after RCA completion and all associated action items are addressed
