Overview

Purpose

Configure how your team receives incident notifications and updates.

What It Does

  • Sends real-time incident notifications to your chat platform

  • Enables team collaboration during incident response

  • Provides incident status updates and acknowledgments

Supported Platforms

  • Slack

How to Configure

Select Chat Provider

1. Select Slack from the radial buttons

Connect to Slack with OAuth

2. Click Connect to Slack

3. Click Continue to launch 3LO connection with Slack

4. Click Allow to enable 3LO with Phoenix Incidents and Slack

5. Once you have authenticated, you will see "Installation Successful". Click close window

Congrats, you have now integrated with Slack!

Channel Mapping

You can change what channels Phoenix Incidents messages are sent to if you don't like the defaults created for you. Use the drop downs to make changes.

  • Company Incident Comms Channel: This is your primary incident channel where all new incident messages will appear.

  • Reporting Channel: All automated reporting will show up here
