A timeline grid shows the shifts for each team.
Timezone toggle – switch between your local time and UTC.
Day or hour – view coverage by day or by hour.
Today, previous, and next – navigate the timeline, up to a 30-day window.
🔁 Rotations
A rotation is an ordered set of shifts. Each shift is a block of time with a person assigned. You can edit a rotation to add or remove shifts and change who is assigned.
🛟 Overrides
An override replaces the scheduled person for a window of time.
Take On-Call – creates a one-hour override starting now.
Add Override – opens a time picker where you choose a window and a reason (Sick, Coverage gap, or Other).
