The General Settings tab holds tenant-wide settings for Phoenix Alerts.
🎯 Default paging target
Default paging target is a dropdown of your teams and services. Alerts that arrive without a specific service or team route here. If you clear it, those alerts become Unrouted instead.
🔑 API keys
The tab also shows a snapshot of how many API keys you have in use out of your limit.
📌 Choosing your paging provider
You choose Phoenix Alerts as your paging provider in the Jira paging settings, not here. Once it is your provider, you map each Impacted Product to a Phoenix Alerts service or team.
